Our base package includes 13 hours of time on the property. Additional time can be purchased for $100 an hour.

We do not have a designated dance floor however our concrete floors in the barn or the grass outside the barn works perfectly for dancing.

Your event must end one hour prior to your contracted time. We allow contracts as late as 12:00 AM. Music must be off no later than 11:00 PM

Bubbles and sparklers are more than welcome! Candles may be used in hurricane vases as long as the container is higher than the flame. Flower petals may be used but must be swept up. Glitter, confetti and rice are not allowed.

If you are providing your own alcohol for a caterer to serve, you will need to obtain a Banquet Permit ($10 online through WA state Liquor Board).

We provide 2 ADA portable restrooms and you may use the restroom located inside the cabin.

We do have a square arbor for indoor/outdoor use if you'd like. Otherwise you are more than welcome to bring your own.

We do offer on site dry camping (space is limited) for up to $500 add on otherwise Alder Lake campgrounds are a less than 10 minute drive from the venue.

There is plenty of parking in our field and along the fenced driveway.

We are happy to offer a one hour rehearsal included in your base package. Food and beverage is not permitted during that time.

The cabin (that also doubles as an Airbnb) is the perfect location for your bridal suite. We do plan on adding Grooms Quarters in the near future but unfortunately do not have that space at this time.

The kitchen inside the Bridal Suite is available for your use! Although there is no kitchen in the barn, there are 2 fridges available.
